Visited a brunch cafe for some breakfast and after I ordered, my drink was made but instead of bringing me my drink (that's paid btw), the server proceeded to serve a dog first.

The party with the dog walked in 5 minutes after me. I wasn't offered water either.

The barista made my drink and the server blatantly ignored it to fill up a bowl of water for a dog. When she walked back, I asked her about my drink and said, "So the dog gets a drink before a paying customer? Why is my drink just sitting while you're tending to a dog?!"

She got really red and said she didn't see my drink. I said how did I see it then? It's been sitting for 5 minutes. I wasn't rude, just peeved honestly. Am I th

WHY?!

These are obviously not service animals. One even pissed itself and the owner left without cleaning or notifying staff.

Walking around near the frat houses was just disgusting. Cups, juice bottles, paraphernalia, trash...

Have some fucking self respect first. Then have some respect for your peers and neighbors. Stop trashing Berkeley! It's not cool and you look like fucking jerks!

I was enjoying breakfast at a restaurant and this woman strolled in with her pit bull to be seated. She had this gleeful look on her face like she knew her mutt would be allowed in the restaurant. The dog wouldn't sit down and she kept pulling on the leash to try and compose it's bad behavior.

I immediately said, "This dog is obviously not a service dog. What service does this dog provide? I am wildly uncomfortable with the fact that you think it's okay to come into an eating establishment with an animal that's clearly untamed."

She immediately exited without one word. The hostess came back and I recounted the interaction and when she looked outside she even said, "wow that's a big boy!"

Are off leash dogs allowed in eating establishments and cafes? Are business owners allowed to tell patrons to leash their dogs?

I've been extremely troubled by the poor etiquette and utter entitlement when it comes to dog owners. I think what makes it worst is that these businesses are complicit and even invite this behavior.

Most cafes I frequent are dog friendly but this one cafe I really like, has a patron who brings her pit bull inside off leash. This dog ran up on me and really frightened me. I've been attacked by a dog so this brought about a lot of trauma and stress. The pet owner was so rude and said I should stop causing a scene and being dramatic. Why on earth would anyone thin

Has anyone else's residence gym closed down due to the most recent vaccine mandate? The HOA where I live has decided they cannot manage the mandate so they've decided all together to close the gym.

I'm infuriated over this. Hoa dues aren't cheap and are going up this year. I'm pissed to pay for services that aren't being rendered.

is this vaccine mandate just cause to restrict us from the gym? Im fully vaccinated btw.

Looking for a personal trainer to help with getting back into a consistent workout routine and getting in better shape.

Looking to lean out a bit and get a more toned physique.

No preference for male or female. I plan to show up and do the work, I just need a great trainer to meet me halfway!

Any recommendations would help me greatly.

Edit: has to be in person, no virtual!

Called to settle a minor dispute and the customer service rep let me know I have about $4000+ in violations and fees.

This is impossible because I've always had an active Fastrak account and toll tag attached to my vehicle. They say I've racked up 200+ violations but I have never been notified about a single one.

Has anyone else encountered an issue like this with Fastrak? I have records of paying Fastrak tolls of many years so I'm quite shocked.
