Any lifters in Virginia Beach?

Like the title says I am looking for lifters or a good gym that is near Virginia Beach. So far I have only found one gym that isn't a Crossfit gym but it's a 45 minute drive without traffic; that's not economically feasible for an every day thing. If anyone could help me I would be super appreciative of it. And just to reiterate, I've looked at the USAW website and found that even though there are a lot of clubs they won't let me do what I want because they're Crossfit gyms.

Am I Being Impatient or...?

Hello everyone, I'll start by saying I have very little experience weightlifting as I have only been serious for roughly 7 weeks but I was just needing some feedback as to what I am beginning to experience lift-wise. Up until recently I had been hitting PR's quite frequently, as of now my numbers, while low, did make me feel pretty good about myself due to my lack of experience (70 kg snatch, 85 kg cj). But recently I have found it almost impossible to even add on 5 pounds to either one of my lifts and they are beginning to stagnate. It comes to the point where I cannot even get under my snatches regardless of how many OHS' I complete or snatch balances for confidence, there just seems to

**Tulsa Landlord Warning**

I have just vacated an apartment and lease with so-called real estate "professional" Melissa Jackson. Beware of her and her apartments they have roach problems and she will not fix anything you ask her to. I asked to terminate my lease over a month ago (month notice to terminate) and she never got back to me, subsequently I had to pay this months rent while not living in the apartment unit because she's too lazy to check her phone as a landlord. I thought I had dealt with some seedy landlords in my day having been in Stillwater for school the last 4.5 years but nothing has ever been this. If anyone wants to ask any questions I will feel free to answer them.

LF Help with Manus - Xbox

I know I am an awkward level at 55, but I was wondering if anyone would be available to help me with manus. I don't really have anything as far as reward go on this guy but I can easily give a slab or something with another one of my characters. I really need this done as I am staying at 55 and I really don't have any options as far as weapons, etc. goes.
