Went to purchase a key and it's telling me "the action is temporarily unavailable"

Would it be better to rip on my desktop (7800x3d with dedicated GPU) or a laptop (10th gen i7 mobile CPU)?

Does it matter? I'm sure the process is somewhat limited by the speed of the drive?

Do you think if a fighter splits and performs the fusion dance, they'll just merge into their original form or would they get even stronger ("greater than the sum of its parts" thing)?
