Anyone having trouble logging into the NSLSC account? It doesn't take me to the main home page once I login.. redirects to some canada.ca page..

Hello. I've got a situation where I will be added to the title of a property my wife owns so that we can take out some equity and make a down payment for a new home. Wife will also be on the title of this new property.

Since I've never lived in wife's property... will I be eligible for the HBP? Does my name being added on the title of her property disqualify me from participating in the HBP program?

I need to take my wife out of the car Loan that she had to co-sign for a vehicle we purchased a couple of years ago. Thankfully my income has gone up significantly so now I’ll be trying to refinance to take her out of it. Wondering if refinance would take the same interest rate as we have right now or it could be different? Auto loan is from Scotiabank.
