Hello, my wife is looking to do her medical workup prior to her interview in India. She has had COVID-19 vaccine that wasn't the new ones listed in the updated requirement for November of last year, I believe (requiring like Modern, Pfizer etc.). I'm curious what other people in India did for this for vaccine availability and where they got the updated booster/was it neceessary

Hey, my schedule is a bit tight, and I have until 6/14 to get a transplant. Does anyone have any recommendations where I could get this done well in this time frame? Appreciate it

Anyone want to venture a guess on the timeline it might be after I-130 approval for green card status? My wife (living in India) and I are currently 9 months in waiting for I-130 approval (it says taking longer than anticipated on website), and I was curious if anyone had any experience specifically with timeline of subsequent steps from India. Appreciate it
Anyone give me the low down on like a thyroid nodule workup or good suggestion of UWORLD question that correlates? I'm always hesitant with US vs. FNA directly. I know if it is hyper active you just leave it alone. I just get a bit tripped up with the nbme Qs
Question for clarification. I saw the I-130 processing time was initially projected to be 4 months until it would be completed when I had filed (In February). It's saying 9 months for the last month (march/may). Is this change in time frame indicative of anything. I'm also not sure which center this is being processed, if anyone has any clues into that
What percentage correct Correlates to 255-260 on each of the NBME forms on average. Also any recommendations about the order to complete specific forms?
Hey all, I was curious if anyone had recommendations for primary/secondary monitor setups for under 150 ea. Alternatively would consider higher pricing if both had touch screen capability. Much appreciated
Currently 24 hours in. Have done a 7 day water only fast in the past (about a year ago). I am currently 205 lbs/5 "10 and am looking to aim for 30 days for the goal of weight loss with reduced loose skin. I am going to be trying to take a multi vitamin on the daily, but I remember having bad acid reflux during my last prolonged fast. I have a sublingual B complex if the multivitamin doesn't work out and am planning on taking tsp salt 2/3 times a day for electrolytes. I'm considering apple cider vinegar at night for the reflux. Will make updates if people are curious.
I have seen proposed buffs to this item mentioned on the subreddit before, but what I'm suggesting is a bit different. It would be really cool if this was changed from a 2-handed item to a 1-handed item because its top-tier fashionscape, but one would really like to wear an offhand with it. As for how this would affect its combat effectiveness, i have no clue, but it would be a really great change for fashionscapers, like myself.
