Lots of people say he's boring to play. Is it because he's overused only or is it because he's somewhat overpowered?

Which characters fit the description of a combo character?
Is it any good for a beginner? I have it and it seems kind of heavy and the caps have these bits which kind of get in the way. Can somewhat manage to do the fundamentals on this pen.
Who would you consider to be the best at each character? An example would be JDCR and his Dragonuv/Heihachi and Saint with his Jack-7
So I like to spice up my games sometimes by having a challenge/handicap like can't use combos this game or play one handed or play with your controller upside down, etc, etc and wanted some suggestions on fun challenges to try.
What characters are like Claudio in this game? Easy to learn combos and no diagonal input required. I play on ps4 and have an extremely hard time doing any down back moves and am ok at doing down forward moves. Shaheen seems somewhat similar and I can somewhat play Akuma.
Graves,Corki,Quinn,Teemo,Lucian,Ziggs and Urgot
So I have a couple of old videos that I don't want to show on my channel and was wondering what would happen if I unlist them? Will the views be removed from that video and if so should I just delete it instead?
Any way to recover my season 7 replays/matches?

So what exactly are these "satellite decks" and who/why is it named satellite?
Possible to make a fun budget deck in todays hearthstone? Looking for something around the 1k dust mark. A fun deck in wild would be cool also, maybe a mech mage? Also have the pirate package if thats needed. Deck seriously doesn't have to be competitive or even viable.
