I’ve been running this campaign for about a year. We have always had at least one combat session per session since it seems the players like that. However they have gotten to a place where combat seems very unlikely. The players will be forced to RP the whole time. It’s very likely that they will split the party in two or three groups.

Do you have any tips for keeping a table engaged?

I wanted to open up more options for players. Particularly in the RP/character origin side of gameplay where tropes tend to dominate(student wizard, big dummy with an axe, horny bard, etc).

Now I'm worried that scaling will be totally shot by around level 9.

Has anyone run a game this way before?

Everyone knows bots are a huge problem on the internet and reddit in particular. Around the same time China began to push their EV's into the western markets, loads of posts began flooding in about how terrible Tesla cars are. China saw the momentum that was booming over the acquisition of Twitter(x) and seized the opportunity.

Making an anti-Tesla post on tiktok will see more engagement than would be expected.

Somatic and Verbal requirements with spells

Need Advice: Rules & Mechanics

New DM here. In all the games i've ever played(not DM), the spell components were never tracked. I think this leaves out a pretty major part of playing a spell caster. Casting that buff when you are hiding in the bushes before an ambush or in the middle of a conversation shouldn't fly. People would hear you.

How can I keep track of which spells have a verbal component and which don't? It seems like wayyyyy too much to keep up with.

Seems like there has been a lot more giveaways in recent months. Anyone care to share what they won?

Mods: Can we get a monthly or bi monthly thread of the winners? Just trying to get transparency.
