So I went down the historical path as USA but Japan has bypassed the Philippines. Obviously I can't justify war goals or join Allies until WT is 100%. It's at 58% after Barbarrosa. I'm getting a little concerned that WT won't get there. I know I can use the national ideas to get the WT limit to justify war down to 75%. I can also use the Unholy Alliance focus to get in the comintern (but I kinda don't want to do that).

But, is there another way to join the Allies that I'm not seeing? Can I count on WT going over 75% if the Axis capitulates China and/or USSR? I turned up the Axis AI a little bit so hopefully they can do that.

In HZD you could tell if you were reasonably prepared for certain quests because if it said "level 15" under the quest, then you'll probably face level 15 enemies, approximately. This is useless in Horizon Forbidden West so far. In "The Burning Blooms (level 15)" and "Thirst for the Hunt (level 17)" you get surprise fights against heavyweight combat machines level 27+. This even happens in some main quests.

I don't get why Guerilla would do this. I decided to play on very hard and accept that I'll be grinding for better weapons and armor, never skipping a resource pickup, and picking fights carefully. Having to load up an old save because of a surprise Thunderjaw fight sucks.

I've been wanting to post here to gush about this game for a while. I saw a video essay about Death Stranding today and since I quit carrying mail at the post office recently I feel like I finally have time to write out a post on reddit.

When the pandemic hit last year I just happened to have just started playing Death Stranding. Within days of everything being cancelled I realized my specific contractor job was going to go away for a long time and I thought it would be *very funny* to be a USPS mail carrier. I thought I'd ride out the pandemic with a very essential job that should be durable. It turns out that the pandemic made being a mail carrier absolutely insane. The amount of mail (

So, I've been searching the web for a solution to my phantom torque problem. It seems like many others have had a problem with this and have found no solution: when your craft kinda spins and drifts around on its own. I thought for sure it was some kind of bug.

No, it's not trim. Alt-x doesn't fix it. No, it's not offset thrust or drag. This happens in orbit with no engines activated. No, it's not controller dead zone. I unplugged the controller.

Well, tonight I had enough and stripped my install back to stock and was shocked that it kept happening. Here's the answer: it's the controller. Doesn't seem right when you consider that I UNPLUGGED IT. But I promise you it was the controller. Af
