I really really hate new GIF player. Controls are tiny, hard to hit and they disappear way too fast. Progress bar, again is too small to find and hit desired location before it too, disappears. To put this into perspective, my phone has 5" display.

Old controls were appropriately sized, and had just good enough time before disappearing. So can we please, please at least make current controls larger? And make them stay a bit longer.

Gnome edition, issue appearing since latest sync. My device is Xiaomi Redmi 4X (santoni). Everything worked perfectly before. Even now, gnome crash only happens when device is switched to file transfer (MTP). USB tethering is working properly.

Once gnome crashes, it takes me back to login screen, and device doesn't show up in nautilus afterwards, but connection status on device is unchanged.

Edit: Repeat on 4.14.13. Happens on any external drive.

Magic SysRq key combos. I'm on Gnome edition, and none of the combos work. Could have helped me couple of times when system went OOM or CPU temps went through the roof, but mouse pointer was still responsive, which meant kernel didn't crash.

Any particular reason or am I missing something?

Redmi 4(santoni), India, MIUI global latest stable build. Can't see Google app on stock launcher. App is installed, and can be accessed through widget/settings/third party launcher etc. But stock launcher doesn't show it. What can I do to make that logo visible and accessible?

These two terms are used very interchangeably where I live.
