Anybody else stuck waiting to fly out to Orlando today? Thankfully only planned a resort day but still a bummer to lose out on a lot of time.
Wife and I are really considering buying in direct. I know about the resale restrictions on Riviera if we were ever to sell, but setting that aside for now.
In terms of 'buy where you want to stay' - we keep going back and forth between RIV and Poly. Honestly Riviera is really only a consideration because we much prefer the Skyliner to the Monorail when thinking about a home resort. I personally love the Riviera but my wife and kids don't feel its 'Disney' enough, so they are leaning more towards Poly. So yeah basically a decision of theme vs transportation, which maybe is dumb.
Again we keep bouncing back so just looking to see if anyone else had this same "conflict" or any thoughts bei
Since yesterday I noticed that both mine and my wife's accounts had our resort and ticket reservations disappear all of a sudden from the app. Logged in on the web and see the same thing, and trying to re-link the reservation or view family/friends seems to error out. Assuming its a system error (it is throwing a 404) but not seeing it reported anywhere else so just curious if anyone else is seeing the same before calling in.
Tried a search through the sub but couldn't really find an answer. We're a family of 4 (2 kids under 6) from out of state who have gone to the parks at least once a year for the past 4 years and feel pretty confident about keeping up that frequency going forward.
For a trip that seems 'consistent' I've been looking at ways to optimize for this if possible. We don't go enough days for the out of state annual pass to make sense really, at least right now. Then I started poking around at DVC, even though typically we stay at the value resorts. Maybe there isn't really a point other than just accounting for the trip in our annual budget but figured I'd ask if anyone else was in a similar situa
