So I have a betta already, I’ve had him for a little over a year now. When I started him out I had no idea what I was doing (did the whole 2.5 gallon tank thing) figured out what was better and got a 10 gallon but still used rocks and fake plants and the colorful decorations. Then figured out real plants were better, tried that and could never get water right, they kept dying (even the floaters that everyone warned me would take over the tank, dead) decided to get rid of all plants and went back to fake (silk) plants. Finally had the tank cycled after 7.5-8 months so he got moved to his bigger home! I’m wanting to set up a new tank for him, one that is properly set up from the beginning. So,

My triplets are almost 4 months and are already going through the 4 month sleep regression, the hardest one of them all 😭

They are awake for the day by 5:30, they might get 3-4 naps throughout the day, none of them lasting more than 30 minutes. We’re up every hour of the night, we’re all exhausted. All of my kids have gone through this regression, we all get through it. It’s just right now, we’re all tired, we’re all grumpy, we’re all stuck inside. I can’t wait to get through this!

I just recently had triplets (yay!!) I also have other kids that do go to daycare, I work there so I do too, I’m currently off of work after just having the babies. We are currently in between help because his parents could only stay for 2 days and my help doesn’t arrive until the 8th of this month. So for a few hours a day my older babies go to daycare while we go to the nicu.

Apparently there’s a stomach bug going around at the daycare and my two oldest got it Thursday and we had to pick them up early. Since anyone in the house was sick we weren’t going to go to the nicu and risk anything. After the first two got it, it spread quick! All the kids finally stopped puking last night at 8 pm

Triplets are here!

experience/advice to give

I made a post the other day about my water breaking almost 35 weeks with triplets and they are here!

I was able to labor for a while when I waited on the doctor to get to the hospital and I honestly loved it! Doctor got to the hospital at midnight and I was already getting prepped for c-section! I ended up making it to 8 cm dilated 🫣 they were glad the doctor got there when he did lol

Baby A is a boy 4lbs 2oz Baby B is a boy 3lbs 5oz Baby C is a girl 4lbs

They still don’t have names yet because once we seen them they didn’t look like the names we originally liked.

They are all doing well just needing help with oxygen and they would like to see them gain a little more weight. I’m getti

Water broke!

ranting & venting

I’m almost 35 weeks with triplets and yesterday when I woke up I started having contractions every 20-30 minutes so I thought when they get closer together I’ll go to the hospital. Well they ended up going away at 5 pm last night. I woke up this morning to contractions again, 20-30 minutes apart up until about 1 then started having them every 10-15 minutes. Called the hospital and they told me to come in. We got the bags in the car, waited for someone to come watch the other kids lol now we are in the car on the way to the hospital and my water broke! I’m so excited to welcome these babies but also nervous for this journey again!

So many of the worst age

ranting & venting

I feel like I got lucky because I have some pretty easy kids. We follow a schedule and if I’m a few minutes off they’re already doing what they need to be doing, it’s been that way since the beginning.

So far the worst age is this one right here, age 3. Maybe it’s because there are so many of them lol, twins are 3 turning 4 in august, triplets just turned 3, singleton turning 3 in November 🙃

This has never been fun age for me, I work at a daycare and told them not to put me with 3’s because it’s my least favorite.

They want to play together all the time right now but still don’t know how, I guess? They do really well with adults playing with them but with other kids they just get frust

I recently just started getting into plants, I was never good at it before lol. I really want to watch these plants grow and eventually get more! I have gotten a golden pothos, it’s currently in water and growing quite well so far! I also got a bubblegum wandering dude, it has multiple roots and is in water but I believe I need to plant it? Do I plant it? What soil should I use? What pot size should I use? How often do I water it?

So I just found out that I’m pregnant again. I’ve had twins, then triplets, and a singleton baby that I did not birth, what are the odds that it’s another multiple pregnancy? Or could this really just be one? Did you get pregnant again after multiple multiples? What did you have and how did it go? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Has anyone else had this and still able to breastfeed? Did you have the milk duct removed? I’m pretty sure I have MDE, haven’t been to the doctor because I looked it up and it says it should go away on it’s own but if it doesn’t in the next couple of weeks I will go see a doctor.

I have this greenish/brown looking liquid coming out of my nipples and I googled it and that’s what came up but it says it could turn into mastitis. I have had mastitis so I know what to look for and if it seems like that’s going to happen I will go in immediately.

Has anyone else had this? Did it go away on its own or did you go see a doctor? Were you still able to breastfeed?

She’s in early labor but she doesn’t have a baby name. She doesn’t know the sex of the baby so we need boy and girl names. She already has 2 boys and a girl, their names are Maislynn, Finn, and Luke, if that helps with the “style” of names they go for.

I don’t know if this is really allowed so if it’s not please let me know and I will remove.

I work in the infant room and there is this baby (10 months) that gets sick all the time. Every time we call the parents they have an attitude with us and say he’s fine. We sent him home with pink eye one day last week and he returned the next day with a doctor’s not saying he could return (it didn’t look like any doctor’s nor we have received in the past) they were giving him Tylenol and Motrin pretty much everyday 2 weeks ago even brought it in Wednesday, Thursday, Friday for us to give it to him. The first day they brought the Motrin they brought children’s and it needs to say infant for us to gi
