About to start painting rooms which are freshly plastered (once fully dry). I was thinking of using this paint for a mist coat: https://www.bmstores.co.uk/products/johnstone-s-paint-matt-emulsion-brilliant-white-10l-219511

Could anyone kindly recommend the optimal % water I can mix with this paint for mist coating?

Also open to other suggestions if this paint is not suitable.

We have a business selling digital goods. Recently someone made a number of purchases using stolen paypal accounts (using the same ip). We disabled the products they received and suprisingly the fraudster has now contacted us through his personal fb page asking why the products don't work. He has even told us details of 4 different USA based paypal accounts he used to make the purchases when he is located in Serbia. Further research has shown the individual to be involed in significant amount of cyber crime and he also has 110k followers on instagram with title 'paypal management'. Can this be reported to paypal and can/would they take action against the individual? Many thanks.
