There's very little gameplay of the later stages of this game either on YT or anywhere else, since this game seems relatively unknown atm, so I was wondering what your thoughts are on the hardest of the three current temples, and any tips you have for later stages of the game. I've mostly been tackling the snake temple which becomes ridiculously hard after the third tier due to double damage. I've also noticed that heavy weapons aren't good in this game for one reason- the finishers animation lock you for a long time, which can often result in getting hit by other enemies or traps. I've tested this myself and noticed that I tend to get hit WAY less with one handed weapons because of this.

I was recently rewatching There Will Be Blood and forgot just how much of a big difference a good actor can make in film. It seems that these days most actors and actresses are more about branding themselves and appealing to people through that brand (usually via social media) rather than performing their craft well. Actors like Daniel Day Lewis, Heath Ledger, Joaquin Phoenix, and Marlin Brando are the exception as opposed to the rule, and it's a sad trend in Hollywood that anyone with a pretty face or connections gets good roles. Good actors should transform themselves in their physical appearance (if possible) and most importantly in their voice/inflection. It seems that most actors don't

There are only two settings under graphics. Is there any other way to fine tune the graphics for this game? I don't have the best GPU and the in-game graphics are a bit choppy. I don't have any way to tone down the settings beyond texture.

I was recently trying to get into Don't Starved but it's just not for me. Oxygen Not Included was nice, but that's more like surviving only against the elements. Factorio is a bit better, but the insects are more of a nuiscance than anything else. I can't think of other games off the top of my head, but I've played a lot of games in this genre. I was looking for a good, relatively new addition to this genre if you know of any.

I got GTA V on the PS3 around the time it was released, and I remember having such a blast with it for like a year or more after it was released. The last thing I remember them releasing was the hydra jet before I stopped playing it. I recently got the game for free on the Epic store, and the online experience feels so much worse. It feels like everything is focused more on making money than having fun with stuff. I've been in multiple lobbies and you rarely see people just cruising around looking for a fight, people trying to have fun fucking around with cars/planes/helicopters, etc. They're all usually in some private match or inside some bunker/home. What happened here?

Months after beating the game, I keep thinking back to it because I loved how the game panned out. The plot was strange- there was this cool dichotomy between fantasy elements (e.g. Fountainhead, immortal spring, demons) and more grounded political elements (trying to save Ashina). The gameplay was excellent as well. However, I kept thinking before the game came out that we'd see something along the lines of terror when I saw the Headless. I was disappointed that there was no "Blood moon" type event, and that all we saw were these corny phantom images of the same enemies we fought previously in the game. Overall, I think that it's a shame that we only get gems like this once every few years.

I don't see anything in the patch notes about this, but she feels weaker to me. Both her recoil seems higher, and her damage on her luison feels lower (perhaps a range damage decrease)

Platform(s): PC

Genre: Turn-based game where you shoot projectiles at enemy- has to be well-aimed and well timed; destructable terrain like in the Worms series

Estimated year of release: Early 2000's

Graphics/art style: Pretty good graphics for its time. 2.5D, almost cell-shaded

Notable characters: A machine that shoots lasers, if you click random you can get the dragon character by chance, a robot mage with shields, a boomerang character

Notable gameplay mechanics: You can time your shots and release them; each character has a special

I was thinking about what could set Artificer apart, and I just thought it'd be cool if her abilities change or evolve as she levels up. Perhaps she could have 3 "tiers" of skills which she has access to as she levels up. E.g. ice wall level 1, ice prison level 2, blizzard field level 3. Obviously this would require a lot more work and balance, but I think that it would be an interesting way to make a character whose skills scale with the late game in a way that no other character's do
