I'm looking for some advice here. Back in 2014 I saw a tweet that inspired a lot of creativity in me. Eventually, with a lot of work from a lot of people, it turned into a short film. Now it's been released, I have a desire to inform the creator of my inspiration of the film's existence. I've tried e-mailing an address I found online for him, and tried the usual social media routes, but to my knowledge none of my attempts have even been seen. I don't want to be a One Direction fan screaming into the void at Harry Styles on the internet - does anyone have any recommendations that I could take or is the consensus that I should give up hope?

The ultimate goal is to find the person who stuck the sticker there, and find out why they care about their cause. Recently, I stumbled across one, which you can see below.
