I'm new to RouterOS and frankly to BGP as well so please excuse my lack of knowledge around either. Here's the basic premise: I'm trying to replicate our work production kubernetes cluster, built by myself and my CTO, at home using a combination of MikroTik hardware, four RPi4 4gbs, and a Synology NAS to provide NFS storage as a backend. Our cluster is set up with MetalLB using BGP to provide the IPs for load balancers, and I happened to have an old RB2011UiAS-2HnD at home that I figured would suit the task perfectly for my lab.

My home cluster is effectively all stood up, and initially I saw success standing up a test nginx container and being able to hit the splash page at the IP provided

Recently I've been searching for a personal laptop to decouple myself from my work machine (2015 MBP). After a few months of trying several options, I finally landed on the X1C6 with the HDR screen, which arrived about 10 days ago, and I absolutely love it - except for the speakers.

Since the X1C7 is due to be released around the beginning of next month with, among other things, improved speakers, I'm faced with the choice of keeping the X1C6 and waiting out the reviews for the 7, or returning this and buying the 7 when it releases. I'm struggling with the choice and thought I'd ask this community for your thoughts as I'm new to the Thinkpad world and have no historical reference for my qu

I'm printing an NES Raspberry Pi case for my roommate, and I'm noticing some weird but consistent banding on the lid, which has text on the face that's printed upright. Every layer that has small protrusions for the detail seems to be being printed just slightly too thick. The problem doesn't exist before or after those layers and everything else looks smooth, and the back side of that face is smooth (i.e. the problem doesn't exist on the whole layer, just on the side with protrusions).

I'm using white hatchbox PLA; up to this point I've been printing with eSun PLA+ which has rather different settings, so I'm

r/bald•

Hi guys. As a fellow baldy of about 2.5 years and an occasional visitor of this sub, it saddens me when I come here to see so many of you fretting about shaving your head or your future as a bald man. I started thinking back about my transition from a mop of hair to a smooth dome, and thought I'd put together a little album and some descriptions to chronicle my journey. I know that in my lengthy period of worrying, I looked to these kinds of before-and-after posts as a confidence booster that someone had taken the plunge and lived to tell the tale. I'm hoping it can do the same for some of you.

The Album

To add to this, since I didn't want my picture captions to
