I'm at level 50, TVHM with Mayhem 3 on. Amara, melee build. I just erased Katagawa's shield with one burst from a purple Maliwan sniper rifle, then one shotted his health with my Speedloadn' Hellwalker. Average mobs don't even go down like that for me in Mayhem 3. Bug maybe?
Out of curiosity, can anyone with dev experience explain the persistent glitch of inventory items appearing with the wrong associate image, either by adopting the wrong image after an item is sold/dropped or by adopting a random image, as in this example
v.redd.it/tavlb98t3tq31I'm noticing in this game compared to BL2 that almost all of your missions deal with problems with other humans. With most creature packs I pass, they don't fuck with me and I don't have to bother with them, unless I were to get too close or attack their pack. The bigger beasties are of course aggressive and dangerous, but the small and medium critters just kinda chill but also attack CoV in certain cases.
Honestly it's refreshing in any RPG setting to have a "let homie slide" option. I got no problem with these mini dinosaurs and goofy mutant dogs etc. My main goal is making the Twins not characters in the story anymore, for Gearbox's sake really. I don't have to shoot everything.
The travelers stumble out of >!The Gate of Finis!<, moaning, limping, some weeping.
Therion: ...where's the nearest tavern?
Cyrus: I second that. (Everhold, by the way.) The mystery is solved. Our quest is complete. A drink or three seems fitting.
Alfyn: Ya read my mind!
Everyone else nods weakly, took exhausted to speak.
The travelers reach Everhold Tavern, nearly collapsing at the long, oaken table.
Barkeep: Heh, look what the cat dragged in.
Linde growls
Barkeep: I meant no offense! What'll it be?
H'aanit: Stayen, Linde. If thou dost pleaseth, a rounden of fine ales.
Barkeep: Errrrrr wh- ah, ales! Right!
Tressa: Uh guys, I've never had anything stron
I've been gaming since NES and MSDOS. Holy shit what a climb this boss was. It became an obsession more than anything. I thought after the Direwolf that nothing would be able to push my team around. Boy was I wrong. Galdera was on an absurdly high plane compared to anything the rest of the game suggested, and it's not like a bunch of grinding was the remedy either. It took me about 20 hours once I first entered Gate of Finis. I'm glad I didn't look up someone else's build and copy it (and I'm really glad I didn't delete my save file and quit the game like I was tempted at one point). I did resort to the internet for some tips though. I doubt I'd have figured out the Tressa Runelor
I just love this psycho line from Jimmy, Season 5... "and they're gonna keep that promise"
