A friend of mine is a pharmacy tech in the Pacific Northwest (front line) He works for Walgreens. My friend was ordered to quarantine for 14 days, and meanwhile, his job was asking for forms to be faxed in and documents submitted. Under quarantine. Then Walgreens denied him pay for 2 weeks, why? Because he didn't test positive for covid-19. Because there are no tests.

That's pure evil.

There is going to be so much corporate malfeasance and so many scams happening now and in the next few weeks. Also my story is anecdotal, I am retelling a story based on what he has posted publicly. I can neither confirm nor deny the accuracy, however I do not doubt it's authenticity.

Any advice or feedback

The next time you go to the grocery store, thank every employee you see working. Keep your distance of course. But they are working for you and your family. These employees make very low wages, and they do not get hazard pay. They are there working hard to keep food on your table at home. They are working and putting themselves at risk, and risking their family health too.

Thank them, they need the morale boost.
