Over the past 6 months or so, my palmer hyperhidrosis has been particularly bad. I feel like I my body is over heating and my fingers swell up so much - to the point I’m unable to remove my rings or bend my fingers. It can get so bad that I have tons of tiny little blisters across my fingers and have prickly heat which makes my hands super itchy.

I have had this condition since I was 4 (I’m 32 just now) and have always had these symptoms, but not to this extent. I have started looking more into this, really just to validate that it is caused by hyperhidrosis. However everything I’m reading doesn’t mention my overheating and swelling as a symptom of this.

Does anyone else get this? I can’

I usually sleep very well. I’m generally need a minimum of 8 hours sleep each night and would be in bed and sound asleep for 10.30 each night.

This week I have been getting around 4-5 hours each night and it is physically and mentally draining (appreciate this is very short term and others will be experiencing this much worse than me). Initially I had no problems falling asleep, but was awake from 3.30am. Each night I have been awake later and later which is very unlike me. The other day I woke up at 4.30am and was still awake at 2am the following morning.

Nothing that would usually help me sleep is working such as sleep hypnosis, reading on my kindle, documentary podcasts, category word

I have been struggling with severe period pain since the age of 15 (now 31). I was able to get a diagnosis of adenomyosis around a year and a half ago via the NHS and had the coil fitted approximately 1 year ago. This stopped my periods so I didn’t get the 3-4 days of excruciating pain, but it left me in pain most days. I still had flare ups, but these were a lot less painful than pre-coil.

I decided to go private to get a second opinion and following an ultrasound (external and internal) and an MRI they have found no signs of adenomyosis or endometriosis. I decided at my appointment yesterday to have my coil removed due to the constant pain since receiving this.

I live in a set of 4 flats which are situated above shops. To the rear of the properties, there is a large shared garden between the 4 flats.

There was an issue recently where one of the shops was being renovated and they left a huge amount of waste in our garden. There is a door leading from their property into our garden, but I purchased the land registry for their property and can see that they have right of access but do not own any of the space in our garden.

After many arguments, they have now moved their waste the issue we are having now is that a large commercial bin has appeared in our garden. Is there anything we can do about this? All of the flats are privately owned so the c

My mum recently had work done at her house which was pretty expensive. After the work was carried out, she was invoiced a much higher amount than was originally quoted. After fighting it for a while, my mum felt quite threatened so paid the full amount. Within weeks she started encountering issues with the work and they promised time after time to come out and repair it. It’s now months later and they are no longer accepting her emails and calls.

I want to find out how I can spam their company phone line, emails (seem like a small company so don’t suspect they have much spam filters in place) and set up junk mail to go to their registered address. When searching on Companies House, the reg

r/Hyperhidrosis•

Hi all!

I suffer from hyperhidrosis quite severely on my hands and feet. My body tends to overheat massively when I am having a flare up and I really struggle to regulate my body temperature. Face coverings are mandatory in my country and I have found myself feeling really sick after wearing one because I’m so hot. Does anyone else get this? If anyone has any tips it would be much appreciated!

Ps I’m in Scotland so hot weather definitely is not a factor in this!
