I just got a switch 2 and I migrated my switch 1's virtual Pokemon Scarlet game card from my original switch to the new switch 2. Both systems are signed into the same Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack account. I did not choose any options to sync data between the two systems aside from loading two virtual game cards.

When I started up Scarlet on the Switch 2, it gave me the beginnings of an entire new game. I transferred the virtual game card back to the old system, and it loaded my existing game file.

Can I do both? I want to keep the save file I have, but I would love to start a new game at the same time with online access and keeping them on different systems is no issue for me.

I'm rebuilding my team to be overall better for 7-star raids and a couple of the harder coaches and battles. I have access to most stat/ev/nature changing items except mochi and I can get herba mystica. Given that, would you go through the trouble of breeding high ev pokemon, or just use items to create what you need?

In need of a new tablet and I wondered if anyone has the latest Google Pixel Tablet and how well it performs in terms of speed, battery life, audio quality and app compatibility. Would you recommend, or are there better choices for $399?

Anyone have any suggestions of nice outdoor spots with wifi to sit and do a little work? With the nice weather, it'd be cool to get out and enjoy it!

I'm working to rebuild my team with mons with better stats, but I've never done any serious IV or EV training. I have this newly hatched Fuecoco, and I'm wondering what's the best way to make him the strongest. Can I max out his EVs now and just train him like normal? Do I need to do hypertraining? Any advice is appreciated!

Anyone have a good place to get firewood at a reasonable price? I feel like someone local has to have better prices than the big stores.
