Anyone else get those annoying old customers who just come in to show you how much computer knowledge they have? And no matter what question you answer, they will let you know that they already know the answer and elaborate on said knowledge.

Any pointers on peeling away from this type of customer? You know, to do actual work?

When installing Virus Shield from the Tech Bench flash drive, it asks for an OMS work order number. Are associates required to create an OMS work order for their complimentary one year of McAfee Virus Shield? I couldn't find anything on the hub.
