Wake up, poo, eat breakfast, poo.

It's been like this for as long as I can remember. Maybe before I was a teenager, it wasn't like this but since then.

If I skip the one after breakfast, I just feel "off". Not saying it's necessarily affecting me badly that I need to do two in the morning (although it is annoying).

What even is this, curious to know.

Yep she got "taken advantage of" lmao.

Man these chicks always default to this shit. Yeah it was the alcohol and coke (lmao) that made you want a train ran on you repeatedly... definitely nothing to do with your own actions..

Also, a spit in the face towards real victims of grape. Some females didn't have an opportunity to "make mistakes", nah bro, they were 12 years old asleep whilst their school camp supervisor graped them or they were an unsuspected teenager walking through the streets and got graped. Actually pitiful that hoes use this as a get out of jail free card, whilst there are real victims of this shit.

Lmao, be safe out there ya'll.

This show isn't going anywhere, is it?

Future Seasons / Speculation

Released in September, lackluster hype and 4 months later zero news on a new season....

It's sad because it's a good show, but it seems they (higher ups) fumbled it. I feel like this show would've THRIVED on Netflix.

Even if it's the end, season 1's ending wraps up the show surprisingly well, so it's not the end of the world.

To preface, I'm not talking about doing this shit for fun. So for those that were about to comment some "who cares, do it for the love" type shit, this ain't about that.

I've been making beats since 2018 but called it quits around 2023. My love was fading away and I was essentially getting nowhere with my beats - I was good and hardworking so I made money here and there, some placements and all but ultimately it didn't seem worth it to me (I saw my own limitations and thought, I'm probably not going far with this unless I get given a handout).

Anyway, recently I've tapped back into the internet producing/beatmaking/type beat producer scene ( the spark to make beats sort of started coming

Found the GOAT'd way to pull chicks

👫 Dating / Pickup 👫

The autism has been running high for the past 2 years and I've been fucking around with cold-approaching and being more outgoing. Mainly to get bitches but also to up my confidence/social skills since I've been plagued by awkwardness all my life thanks to Netanyahu.

Before starting, I researched a bunch of shit about body language and all that gay shit (which admittedly was quite useful and should be the first thing non-charismatic mfs should do), and then I jumped into the field.

I've done it all. The compliment openers, the cheesy pickup lines, the straight to the point approaches etc. During all of this I've tried to refine my game (remember, autism) so I tried a lot of dumb shit. As i

In a way, i'm blessed that I left my hardcore gooner days in my teens (3-4 times A DAY). For the past few years, it's been calm. Masturbation addiction, not the worst, once per day or two or three. Porn addiction, ehh not that bad. The maiin issue I had was a dating apps addiction (and subsequently nudes/videos from girls on snapchat - which almost definitely replaced porn).

Recently, within the past 2 months I've decided to call all of this shit off mainly due to me not wanting to develop some weird kinks/fetishes I didn't want (jury is still out on whether I developed any or not lmao). Anyway, so I was like alright time for nofap, noporn no dating apps. From trying this for over a month,

I get that the album is more conceptual and it's a (good) artistic evolution of Aries but..... the album just isn't hitting to me. Idk if anyone else can relate or I'm just weird, but it just doesn't compare to how WH made me feel and even kinda BIM. "Vibes" and "feelings" aside (because those are often clouded by nostalgia and what not, which I can acknowledge), I just feel like GJ, musically, doesn't compare to the melodic and catchy presence of WH (yes, even BIM). I do think "leaving" that 2019 emo rap/pop sound plays a role but not entirely. Look, let me get this out of the way. The production is more advanced, the singing is better, there's more conceptuality, the lyrics are better....

Anyone here have experience taking meds vs trying to combat anxiety without taking Yiddish pharmacology?

I feel like I've made a lot of progress from 18 to 25 (now). I went from being a shy, overly anxious, socially inept kid to being able to approach random women, more calmer, way more confident, socially adept etc. However, there's still a part of me that's randomly anxious about anything and everything. The worst part is it's connected to my stomach (been this way since a kid). So if I get a random spike in anxiety it sends my stomach into overdrive. I've had IBS since 15 so there's no shock there, but for a few years now, outside of anxiety-related causes, my IBS is 95% gone.

Anyway,

Rejected, improved upon, realized something different etc.

For me:

  • 4 days between workouts is too much. So in essence, hitting a body part once every two weeks or so. I call bullshit on this. I hear a lot of talk about it from people but that's all: just talk. No physique to show for it (genuinely never seen anyone have a good physique with this). I prefer a M/W/F chest/back, legs, sharms. Low frequency, low volume, good amount of rest but not overboard with the recovery (which I think, don't kill me for this, is people coping with laziness).

  • I treat every exercise/set the same, i.e. for example, I find the 1-3 reps incline bench a bit silly or supersetting. Just rest a bit and do a

How do you do your sets?

Training/Routines

Let's say you do 2,3,4 sets for X muscle. How do you approach it? Straight sets, pyramid, reverse pyramid, pyramid up pyramid down?

I've always done reverse pyramids. Do 50% warm up 4-6 reps, 75% warm up 2-4 reps, set 1 failure, set 2 failure, set 3 failure. Seemed simple until 1) I started to get to heavy weights were I'd need a lot more warmups and it just ate my gym time up 2) I often somewhat disregarded form in terms of performance.

I want to try regular pyramids but unsure on how to approach it. I want to have high intensity and push myself but struggling on how to configure the sets. Let's I have 3 sets and say you're going for an end set of 100kg (220 lbs) bench. Is set 1 to failu

I'm planning on getting a sleeve or 3/4 sleeve. My issue is I only have certain symbols/pieces I want and the rest I have no idea (stringing it together, how it'll flow etc). I'm banking on the artist on the creativity behind all of that.

The thing is, with artists only showing the design on the date of the tattoo appointment, I struggle with being so out of the loop. I get it if someone brings in a reference and says I want it like this and the artist then does his own thing around that (done this before). But when it's a completely custom piece that needs it's own story, without me having any idea of how it'll turn out, I can't seem myself decided if this is how I wanted it to look or no
