Earlier this week I ordered a Fresh Sugar Rose lip set from QVC. I have the berry and love it, so I was excited to get another one. Plus, it comes with a free travel size original. Score!

So today my package comes. I excitedly tear open to the envelope only to find a Givenchy package. Givenchy? Holy shit right?! That's so not what I ordered, but what a happy accident.

I scope out the color name to look at some swatches, only to find it's their "magic" lipstick that self adjusts for each person. Givenchy Rouge Interdit Noir to be exact.

Anyone ever use this and have any thoughts on it?

I'm sure other people have had this issue before. I know I have. I have a Clinique Black Honey that has stopped retracting back into the tube when I twist it, and I'm wondering if there's a fix I don't know about. I have to gently press on it with my lip while retracting to get it to go back down.

It's kind of a pain and I'm worried about smashing the lipstick. Thanks for any help!
