I still haven’t received mine - when I check their website; it says “pending”. Anyone else in the same boat?
A month ago, I called service Ontario regarding this and they told me to just wait.
I wish there was a coffee place that’s open late nights; where people can hang out or just do work on laptop.
Is there any such place?
I’ve seen a lot of concern and protests in the forum after Doug Ford’s decision to remove bike lanes. None of that will matter if we don’t vote. This is the time to make our voices heard. Advance polls are now open, so pls go VOTE!!
My flight is at 5 pm on Saturday. How early should I reach Pearson airport for my US interview.
Just went out on Dundas East and Eastern Ave, and there were a lot of cars on the road. Doesn't seem typical, so curious - what's going on ?
Before you gave your G test and passed, how many hours did you drive on the highways. I understand it's probably not about the number of hours but still curious.
Will be asking the WS customer service as well tomorrow but curious if anyone else here have done this. Basically I’m planning to move to US for a few years, should I keep my WS account going as is ?
I was able to reschedule appointment previously. But yesterday, the date dropdown disappeared. I still see the option to 'reschedule appointment' and when I click on it - I can view the different consulates that I can select. But selecting any of those doesn't trigger the date selection. So, I'm stuck. Any advice is appreciated.
I've this option in WS to do Automated tax loss harvesting but curious if it is worth it? Any risks / considerations I should be aware of? Also, how does this work - do they sell my stocks and buy it again ? or something else.
I'm planning to do the Canadian interview in YYZ in Dec. Once I do that, how much time would I have to complete the 2nd (US) interview.
I'm not flying in Dec. so thinking to just go to airport to do the Canadian interview and then do the US one at a later date (when I'm actually travelling to the US). My understanding is that I cannot do both interviews without having an airline ticket.
I'm planning to move to Brooklyn from Toronto in a few months; and am curious about the driving situation there. I'm a relatively new driver but have driven in downtown TO. Is driving in Brooklyn the same, or much worse than here. Are the drivers aggressive in Brooklyn? Anything else that I should know before moving? Any experience or advice is appreciated
I never understood why people keep voting Doug Ford in, time and again. His policies do not reflect the province's need (eg. beer in convenience stores, no bike lanes, not much investment in public transit) and he's corrupt as hell. Liberals are totally useless, both federally and provincially so no one's voting for them either. So, as a province, are we fucked?
I signed up for 1% wealthsimple offer in August and moved some funds back then. I just realized that the same offer is still ongoing, so can I sign up again for that and move more funds to get 1% bonus
