I’m so afraid of these but I also really need to be able to do one for my own sense of…. I’m not quite sure, self worth perhaps? They don’t look that hard but man, as soon as I step up next to one and even think about jumping up, I’m petrified!

I’ve been doing box step ups as a scale but I don’t think that modification will ever get me closer to doing a real box jump.

Anyone else faced this? What did you do to get better? Success stories? I want to believe this is possible for me!

I’m volunteering at a youth summer camp later this year and I’ve been tasked with providing some sports-related content. Walkabout was top of my list, and I’m also curious about Real Surf (or is it True Surf?) but are there any other quality games out there that actually help users get skills from playing? Or just learn what the sport is all about? There’s a goalie simulator that I thought looked intriguing… An issue I have is limited budget, so low cost is pretty key.

I’m going to see my nieces next month and I’m hoping to teach them a few new games. Sausage Sizzle is top of my list, and I already know they love Incan Gold. Beyond that, what are some games that smart and mature kids would like that are also enjoyable for adults? Oh they also love Monsdrawsity- they are super artsy and creative!

100 mg of the generic form of Wellbutrin has me breaking out in rashes all over. They move from place to place all over my body, with no rhyme or reason. I’m going to stop taking it for a couple days until I can get the name brand Rx filled and…. Fingers crossed it works and doesn’t make me feel itchy. This sucks! I really really really liked how I was feeling and I’m depressed that this side effect came about 3 weeks in…. I’ve been living my best life otherwise and now that I’ve seen how good it can be I don’t want to go back!

That’s my only complaint. I’ve gained about 10lbs in the 8 months I’ve been on Lexapro. I think the reason is because I just feel like my stomach is bottomless. And I don’t feel that full sensation like I used to. The good news is I don’t feel compelled to eat emotionally to cope with high anxiety. And I feel a lot more mentally resilient, so I think a diet would go better than in the past. But yea… it’s hard not to overeat these days! Anyone else in the same boat? What do you do?

is no milk or cream in my morning coffee!! I’m 31F 5’4 CW 146 and I have been doing 16:8 for over 160 days in a row (I love using Zero to track!) I’ve lost about 20lbs so far. Which is awesome and really motivates me to keep going. It’s not even that tough to do 16:8 anymore but… in all that time, the ONLY thing that consistently pains me is having to drink black coffee. Bleh!

Having iced black coffee is the only way I can tolerate it. Anyone else feel my pain??
