Having an issue that’s starting to make me mad.

I’ve tried this print 4 times, resliced 3 times, and I keep getting the same issue on the 3rd layer consistently. The extruded keeps “kicking” backwards, and it “dots” / “spiderwebs” the layer. If I let it go, it does it on subsequent layers as well (I know this because I walked away the first time, and came back to Z ~1mm above the print in the motion I’d have expected while printing...)

When I cancel the print and raise Z, i can extrude filament on command (5mm - 15mm) without issue.
