Since my diagnosis I have been very conscious of the fact that gluten free alternatives typically have less fibre than their standard variations.

I have always tried to make up for this by adding extra fibre when possible, but the past few months I was sick and very poor so some of those habits fell off.

For some reason, although this has never happened previously with any other book, the Audible.ca WebUI will occasionally reset at the beginning of the book out of nowhere. Internet connection is fine and it happens randomly in the middle of various chapters.

I was diagnosed ten years ago. Brain fog is my most common symptom of getting glutened but it usually abates within a week at most.

I got glutened at work in mid February, after which I gave notice and have not been exposed to anything since. A long running relationship ended around the same time so I was depressed, angry and full of anxiety.

It was the most intense brain fog I have ever experienced. Unable to focus on anything for anything more than a few seconds. Constantly loosing track of time completely. Moments of just pure anger and despair out of nowhere.

I have taken the last few weeks to heal and feel much better in every other way but the brain fog still exists.

Checked permissions, no obvious problems there. The only thing that's changed from looking at older logs is all the stuff they are looking for with an RARBG tag now has an RARTV tag instead. If I manually download a version of the episode without RARBG or RARTV it works just fine.

How did I get this to go back to normal? Is it some new naming convention at RARBG? Did I change a setting without realizing?

So like a lot of people, I was disappointed to find out that it will not let you save a 2 character team for quick access on Essential nodes.

I re-rostered my 2* Magneto after DDQ today to find out it just deletes the character from the team. This made me curious to see if you can use that team for essential nodes, so I made a new team of Apocalypse, 1* Yelena and 5* Thor, then deleted Yelena. This left with a team with a blank spot in the middle that I could use for Essential nodes. Entered the 4E just to make sure it wouldn't autosave the essential character in the middle and it did not!

Two weeks ago I came home from work and my normally super cuddly and friendly female (unfixed for now) two year old kitty was terrified and would not leave my bedroom. She'd cuddle, eat and drink, and use the litterbox, but only if she didn't have to leave the bedroom. Inside bedroom 100% normal, outside, terrified beyond all reckoning.

I know very very little about the Pokemon TCG. I played a bit of MTG wayyyy back in the day and sometimes I watch MTG community videos, so I know there are some bad products out there in terms of gift packs and such.

My adult niece recently started collecting Pokemon TCG cards. She doesn't play at all, which nixes my idea of getting her a playmat and some other accessories. I need Christmas present ideas for her. I don't think she has a very large collection at the moment, but I'd like it to be something special around $60 USD.

I'm a Kitchen supervisor in a tavern located in a hotel. We do extremely high volume, mostly burgers and fried food.

I have a cook that has me pulling my hair out. He's an early twenties culinary school graduate with very little work ethic.
