Is it an AF policy where guests need to book an appointment a day before they avail of the free day pass?

Hello! I'm not a member but would like to avail of the free day pass. I saw that AF only accepts that if you live or work nearby. Is that true? I'm around Pasig but want to try out a branch in Makati. Is that possible?

So I'm a Korean citizen, but I live and grew up here in the Philippines since I was 2 years old. I went to primary, secondary, and tertiary school here, and I consider the Philippines my home. I'm so assimilated into the country and its culture that my Filipino friends always tell me they forget I'm not Filipino.
