These holes in the middle of little dirt mounds have been appearing in my lawn for the past month or so. My initial guess was earthworms but they seem quite big ? I have noticed there have been a lot of birds feeding off my grass recently but cant see what they are getting. Im in sydney australia. My grass seems pretty healthy so im pretty sure they arent army worms.

Hi all,
I bought a load of organic loose top dressing from flower power for my lawn a few months ago and covered both my front lawn entirely with it and a lot of my backyard and a few weeks later on a sunny day saw sun glinting off glass and then spent the next few hours with my wife on my hands and knees picking tons of glass and sharp plastic out of my lawn that had come from the top dressing load.
We have 3 little kids who run around our yard barefoot and as you can see from the size of the pieces we pulled out there is a great risk of injury. Literally an hour after I rang Flower Power to complain my 3 yr old stepped on some glass and we had to pull it out of his foot. Flower power eve
Hi all,
I just installed Don't Starve and had my first few playthroughs last night - (died about 5 times or so). I had no idea what to expect from the game and had seen it on Steam for a few years and its always high ratings and bought it on sale a little while ago.
I can see immediately the depth and richness of the game and understand why its has such great ratings on Steam. I put 500 hours into Rimworld and it is reminding me a lot of Rimworld so far in it's mechanics and general kind of gameplay so I think its the kind of game I will enjoy and can see myself playing it for while.
My question to you all and looking back at your experience with the game is should I just play t
Hello everyone,
The news right now is being dominated by the severity of the outbreak in western countries and the expected worsening of the situation in the next few weeks. The focus has moved off China recently. We have all seen the pics/videos of panic buying of toilet paper, food etc however that can be expected to die down as local manufacturing and distribution of those items catches up. As a lot of people on this sub did I prepared and have stocked up on essentials so am essentially unaffected right now by these temporary shortages.
I am more interested in knowing if anyone has experienced or know of any critical shortages of products manufactured in China. The CCP is conducting
Hi all, recently I have started taking more notice of Sydney petrol prices and the massive differences in prices between some petrol stations. For instance yesterday I filled up in Milperra at $1.18 per litre for E10 and then drove past several stations in the inner west that were selling at $1.71 an increase of 45% !! Taking a look at Fuelcheck website (which is excellent by the way) it highlights the massive difference in prices. Rich areas such as the eastern suburbs and northern beaches seem to be on average more expensive however I noticed that in general either a servo will be pricing competitively at about $1.20 or at a really high ceiling of $
