Just grabbed this off Amazon, and it's on sale on LG's site. Just a couple of things to note about this.

1. DCC/CI Support is non-existent, both through DP and HDMI. Googled, couldn't find anything for 32G810SA

2. Can't use any LG software aside from LG Swtich to control the monitor. So you can't easily switch configuration when going from gaming to browsing the web.

3. The webOS seems to be the only way to control the monitors settings. There doesn't seem to be a way to disable it. aside from the button on the monitor.

Seems like the PC side of gaming wasn't thought through on this. Hope this helps those out there looking to grab this.

I had done the passenger side wheel bearing in the past which took days to get out and the backing plate was fine. Hindsight since this was a west coast car with minimal r*st now driving in the east I should have replaced the brake backing plate regardless.

I've been trying to find all the places that carry candied salmon in hopes of finding the dryer less wet type. My wife had some from a TruLocal box that was from a small fishery in another province, but I've yet to find something similar and they don't ship cross province. Halps!

I have a massive amount of calls that were previously marked as done sitting in the open category. I'm assuming this is a bug? Chats are working as they usually do.

So I have a couple of issues with Chrome right now. I've have a pretty powerful computer AMD Ryzen 7 3700X with 64GB of memory on Windows 10.

When loading some webpages, discourse forums or documentation that have a ton of data such as https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/qm.1.html which looking at it now isn't all that much. But doing the typical google search where you open the first 10 results, I'll find a page with lots of data that will lock up Chrome. I started looking at plugins as the cause, but even in an incognito window with no extensions or a guest profile, it will cause the issue.

Rolled out this past Wednesday about 200km for a vacation at a cottage and the engine started knocking and the oil pressure light came on. Pulled over and realized that the main crankshaft seal was leaking. At this point, the bottom end is done as per Subaru.

I felt like a tit not checking the oil more frequently, I've already beat myself up about that as this seems like a pretty good leak I could have caught when I last filled up. I'm in a Football pool and wanted to easily calculate the score spread of a game from a column that was labeled "Score" and the data contained the score as "24-12". I could have two separate columns of data and then simply do subtract(), but then why have two extra columns?

So I started hacking away and this is what I came up with.

I've been looking at buying appliances for a new home and have done over 20+ hours of research. I've selected the best I could, and have read lots of posts in this sub-reddit. I found Yale Appliances blog which was a treasure trove of information. Bought a Consumer Reports subscription and found they just pump Samsung and LG, but don't really look at reliability outside of warranty.

I feel out of my element with Appliances, even though I have a technology background. It's like you need to be an appliance repairman to know which models are going to give you the least amount of grief.

Was looking to backup a non-root user-level account on a remote Linux server via rsync over SSH.

The source host in question doesn't allow for the listing of directories in /home for obvious reasons. The UI in Active Backup for Business starts at "/" and you have to navigate to the directory you want to backup.

Unfortunately, I am unable to navigate to /home/user/folder because my account doesn't have permission to list folders in /home. There is also no manual way to specify the source folder path.
