I'm here to try and learn / talk with fellow new authors, and it's clear so many samples and posts are just AI slop, and most of the time the tell is already in the first lines of prose. I see there is the "NO AI." rule but I guess if it's not enforced forcefully, people will just continue to be lazy posters with such garbage. Not sure if this is a discussion thread or just a question to the mods. Maybe it's both.

I’ve spent years trading options/futures and recently started watching pricings of live prediction markets (Kalshi/Polymarket). I often see prices swing unfairly during sports games in ways that I didn’t think lined up with historical outcomes or even current matchup, so I built a small SaaS that compares live game state (score, time left, possession) + team records against similar past games to flag potential mispricings.
It’s meant for short-term trades and to fade extremes, not as really a buy-and-hold predictor to game completion of any sort. It's NFL-only for now, but sports statistics have always been interesting to me and I'm eager to start looking into basketball for the upcoming Ma
Hey r/webdev! I wanted to share a project I've been working on for the past two years...
I originally created CodeVideo as a little side project using FFMPEG WASM in the browser as an experiment, but it's since grown into a vision for a completely automated software educational course production system.
The core concept is simple (but powerful): you create your coding tutorial once, then export it to whatever format you need - video, interactive webpage, blog post, book, PDF, or even PowerPoint!
The entire system is open-source (you can grab the code and self-host for free, or really use any and all of the CodeVideo libraries for free), though in hopes to earn something from the insane am
Hi all, I originally created CodeVideo as a little side project using FFMPEG WASM in the browser as an experiment, but it's since grown into my vision for a completely automated software educational course production system.
The idea is that you create the educational content once, then can export the course to multiple formats - as a video (of course!), but also as an interactive webpage, a blog post, or even a book, PDF, or PowerPoint!
It's 100% open-source (you can self-host it for free or use really any of the CodeVideo libraries for free), but of course I'm hoping to earn something with the insane amount of time I put into the product so there's there's also token-based option availab
I built an open-source tool for creating educational programming content in multiple formats
studio.codevideo.ioBeen reading a lot of threads here, people complaining about expensive this, expensive that... well, I've tried a bunch of scotches this point (14+ or so?) and I can say (for normies like me) the bang for your buck is with Singleton... at a liquor store it's around 30 EUR / 32 USD... but at from an online distributor its just 27 / 29 USD! IMO incredible price for a whisky of this quality. Happy to here claims against though :)

Hi all, attached is another screenshot I took from Tradovate. I had a long on and it hit my resting limit sell order, but as you can see there are no bid hits where I sold... so where is my sell order? Is it one of those in the 50 below? (and no I was not in simulator 😂)
