Has anyone been in the similar situation or works in a bank. Could you please advise me on this. I was trying to withdraw x amount of money from BBSM Anamnagar branch (HBL) from my RBB Debit Card. While processing it said "unsuccessful transaction" and I left the ATM, after a while I got a alert saying x amount has been deducted. What should I do now? I tried calling the bank but didn't answer since it's not a business working hours. What is process now to get my amount back? Help.
