Any clues? Im not in debt,im unemployed, everything i own has been paid in full,so i see no other reason why it would get declined?

So as the title states im having issues keeping my car on track,any stage and surface,Awd is ok, fwd is relatively simple but even in an A110 i spin out,or fly into a tree,im aware this is a throttle control/weight transfer kinda deal but how do i keep my car in control?

So i have an Australian heeler/Labrador pup,shes very kind and playful but her biting is a bit painful, just recently i take her outside to do her business and she gets all excited about being outside, problem is i go to pick her up to bring back inside and she got really aggressive and broke skin on my hand/finger. Im trying to scold her more but past familial issues with dogs,i try to shy away from physical punishment and im trying to go for more verbal scolding.

Will i have to physically punish her for her aggressive behavior?
