So... back in 2021 I was 320lbs I did intermittent fasting 20-4 for a year, got down to 215lbs, was in a BAD relationship and bad family stress, my body doesn't deal well with stress and I was being sick daily everyday without fail for 6-8 months I went down to 165lbs, no muscle on me that bad I went to docs thinking I had a growth on bottom of my spine as I could FEEL it and it hurt when I sat down, nope was just the bottom of my spine :/ Anyway, got out of the relationship and stopped contact with bad family members and my stress levels went down and I could finally eat again! Well then I shot back up to 245lbs :( I've been fasting again 20-4 / 18-6 I walk often and I go to the gym 4-5

Son is 5 and half autistic and only just (a month) been in his own room in his own bed (used to co sleep for around 3 years on and off) all he knows when he wakes up in the night is look for and shout for me and its OFTEN I have to sit next to his bed untill he falls asleep and then sneak out back in bed and sometimes it's minutes before he is shouting me again and extremely tired (I have MH disorders myself and sleep is massively necessary) I feel like if I can help him sleep better and or not need or want to shout me when he wakes up.... but how ?! Hmm

315lbs to 188lbs (at the moment!) Catch myself being so shocked by how I look in the mirror and how I feel when I touch my body; it's wild! I also suffer with body dismorphia, but I can not believe I've managed it sometimes! I'm in a great relationship, too, and he makes me feel so much prettier and sexier than I feel I look, and he cheers me on no end! When I put on clothes I've not worn in a few months and they are just so so so baggy!!!! This has been 5 years coming, my son is 5 and a half, before I got pregnant I was 160lb (ish) shot up to 315lbs, that has been my heaviest yet I was so embarrassed to say that but now I'm so proud! Bad things in life happened, and I lost control of me,

Is my system odd?

Question/Advice

Reading other systems posts on here about their alters sharing things with their partners, ect, ours don't; they don't have really any interests out in this world, they use to, a little, but now they only really front if of course needed or just happens or if they want to take part in a conversation, is this "normal" we are in trauma therapy and we have a CPN luckily enough, there are some stresses right now and has been since the end of October last year

Thank you in advance for any help :)
