I'm not even sure which flair to use for this, but perhaps somebody can help me here.

5 years ago, my partner and I got a house together, but only his name is on the mortgage. He paid the down payment and slightly more on the monthly payments, but we kept track of everything, with the express and mutual understanding that I would "own" whatever share of the mortgage I paid into, less interest, taxes, closing fees, repairs, with appreciation, etc.

We are parting amicably now, and the house has significantly increased in value, and he wants to reimburse me my share, but we have a few concerns/questions:

1). He's concerned that perhaps he should have been claiming the "rent" I paid all this

I've seen ways to do something similar with counta and countif, but only if the condition and addition is in a single column. I can figure out how to add only items from column B when items in the same row in column A are checked.

Sample image here: https://imgur.com/gallery/joN0nlk

In this example, only rows 1 and 2 are checked, so those are the only ones I want to add. I want the cell at the bottom to conditionally (based on checkmarks) add up the cells from 1B and 2B to show 15.

Appreciate any help.

I'm specifically curious about how they protect people from cross-contamination while swabbing one person in a car after another? I'm imagining people sneezing on testers who are in full PPE, which protects them, but then they're swabbing the next car while still covered in covid droplets? Taking out a fresh swab using gloves that have been sneezed on by the last person, and then putting that up your nose. Or do they put on new gloves between each car?

I'm sure they're safe about it, I'm just curious about what that looks like. I have a cough and feel like I should go get tested, but I'm a little paranoid.

Appreciate any insight. Thanks in advance!

I'm concerned about my potential to rent an apartment. I have good credit (about 750, I think), and I have enough "income," but I don't have a job, per se. I do a bunch of random things - making and selling things online, childcare here and there, a little bit of daytrading, building a website for someone once in a while, refurbishing/restoring and reselling broken vintage items, etc. So I don't really have an employer, but I have income. I do not have a co-signer.

I assume this might be a bit of a problem? If so, I'm considering offering to pay a full year in advance if it comes to that, but I'm curious about how I should go about this to protect myself. Contract? Stipulations? Maybe a dis

So, I've lived in Seattle for about 10 years, but I've never actually rented before, and I have a few questions before embarking on this journey.

1 - How much does it typically cost one person each month for things like water, garbage/recycling, heat, electric, internet, etc.? I'm trying to figure out how much I need to budget if these things aren't included in rent.

2 - How do landlords vet tenants, especially when it comes to income? I have good credit (about 750, I think), and I have enough "income," but I don't have a job, per se. I do a bunch of random things - making and selling things online, childcare here and there, a little bit of daytrading, building a website for someone once

I see a lot of pre-recorded lots of VHS tapes selling as blanks, I think because ebay doesn't allow the second-hand sale of copyrighted material. I'm curious if people truly buy these to record over as blanks, or if they're after the vintage content - movies, shows, and commericials.

I ask because I have a bunch of old pre-recorded VHS tapes myself, but the little tabs that allow recording over existing content have been popped off. I know they can be taped over, but I'm wondering if people would actually be interested in buying them if I listed them on ebay. They mostly contain Star Trek (The Next Generation), the series Kung Fu with David Carradine, a few movies from the 90s, and, because

37f, 5'4". 148 lbs, caucasian. No drinking, drugs, or smoking. Previous diagnoses of CPTSD and PCOS. TSH hovers at 4 mU/L, and I have a genetic risks for significantly decreased T4-T3 thyroid conversion, (whatever that means) and only 65% efficiency in processing folic acid.

So, for most of my life, I've been prone to depression, sluggishness, extra weight, cold sensitivity, and irregular periods. But I eat well, get enough sleep, drink water, and exercise daily. For the last couple years, I've been experiencing increasing joint pain, hair loss, weight gain, and fatigue.

I always attributed these symptoms to my PCOS, but I recently found out about an iodine skin patch test. I gave it a sh

I've got tons of beautiful knitted scarves, but after going through the wash so many times, they're kind of ratty-looking, with the individual knits and pearls pilling and kind of blending into each other. I'll definitely not be putting knits in the washing machine in the future, but for those already matted, does anybody know a way to restore them?

So I have this old 90-pound sheet metal tool cabinet (kinda like this) and I want to put wheels on the bottom. I bought some swivel ball wheels that hold 60 lbs each.

I'm set on these wheels, but because they swivel, there isn't much clearance for the fastener between the plate and the wheel, only about 1/4". If I drill holes through the metal to allow the wheels to be fastened to the cabinet, there also isn't much clearance on the other side, because there are drawers that nearly touch the bottom, and a thick b

I'm curious as to how other people's therapists cycle through the different phases over different sessions.

Let's say I'm trying to heal from Target A and it's taking several sessions to work on it.

Would it be like this, where you picked up right where you left off:

Session 1:

- Phase 1 (History taking)

- Phase 2 (Preparation)

- Phase 3 (Assessment) - Start tackling Target A

Session 2:

- Phase 4 (Desensitization)

- Phase 5 (Installation)

- Phase 6 (Body Scan)

Session 3:

- Phase 7 (Closure)

- Phase 8 (Reevaluation)

OR, would you revisit some earlier phases every time to sort of warm up for the process each session?

I have been feeling absolutely wretched lately. Just a bundle of bad nerves, grinding my teeth down to nubs, pacing around, having dangerous thoughts about hurting my body, anxious about everything, breathing shallowly, thoughts racing from one thing to the next, just cycling through fight or flight for days.

Well, I just threw myself down on the bed, and rolled myself up in the tightest burrito I could with my blanket in an attempt to implode, and suddenly just... relaxed. I just immediately felt more calm and my muscles relaxed enough to take a big, long belly breath. I guess all the pressure against my body did something? I dunno. But literally instantl
