A little over a week ago I ordered an item from a retailer and they shipped the item the next day. The FedEx tracker shows that the package moved within the same city the following day, but there has been no scans since. It's been a week and the package has now been pending for 3 days.
6 days ago, I ordered another item from the same retailer. The item was shipped the next day and I received the package yesterday.
I called FedEx today to ask about my first order and the only thing they told me is that I have to call the retailer to initiate a tracer on my package. So I call the retailer and talk to a customer service rep. They tell me that they received an email from Fedex dated 6 days ago
