Is it possible to define a mobility domain via the cli so clients can roam between a standalone ruckus and my other access points?

I've been trying to figure out the name of a book I read as a kid for years so I'm gonna put it out here
There's a cool kid and he get a hard light medallion that can turn into a cool car. Kids go to a junkyard and solve video game and cartoon puzzles allowing them to enter a giant mario pipe- this takes them to a vast underground amusement part. The park was complete with food, rides, roller coasters, video games and computers, a meta-material floor that gets soft under force, making falls etc completely safe.
There's a sick RC car course, and they wear a VR headset and gloves and actually drive the car.
I was about fourteen, so the year was about 2013 and I think it was relatively new.
I've got a Nissan Xterra with a broken passenger window, willing to go anywhere in the valley if they can hook me up
So I'm trying to do backups, and I basically want to backup as if I had tape- I want a rolling dump of backups to sets of external drives, which are swapped in and out

Bacula does this, but Bacula is heinously complicated to start with, nevermind when you need to use a script to emulate a tape deck with your external drives-
Are there any other solutions that can backup like this?
Why does the back button not take you back to intent providers? It is so annoying to open Reddit links from another app, press back, and end up in some other random part of the app.
