As the title suggests.. I am going to sign lease for a house on CA from Fall'20. But the continuous doubt if the semester will happen in person or not, always makes me hesitate. I won't be living in the place for the starting 3 months ( June, July, August) anyway, but I don't want to get the place and then be told that the semester shifted online. Any suggestions..?

I took public speaking this sem. because I actually wanted to improve my 'public speaking', as I get very nervous in such situations. But now that every thing is closed, we are no longer having public speaking but just assignment and projects. I feel this is a waste to the course. I also don't want a W on my marksheet (especially for course like public speaking). Should I talk to my professor about this..?

I just came out of my Stats 1 Midterm. I usually don't mind cheating, until the cheating take efforts. But what I witnessed today was shameful. I studied all night and was really nervous for the test, but when the test started I saw mostly everyone copying from the answer guide or their smartphones. The Prof. was right there, but he didn't bother enough. The person right next to me, took my sheet copied the answers and gave it back to me all in front of the TA. It's the first time I felt, that how non-sensical college education can be and if there is any use of studying at such a place. Is this normal..?
