Anyone know the location of the earliest Razor Claw you can get?

I was playing the first round of FUT Draft, went 2-0 up within 20 minutes, and my opponent paused the game and quit. It gave me all the usual "your opponent has left yadda yadda" so I was getting ready for the next round. However when I went to play the next game it said I lost 3-0? I know for sure I didn't disconnect, and it was my opponent forfeiting the game after going down early. Is this a common bug or?

Anyone know where the ''Modern Scenario: Ratings War'' scenario has gone? Has it being taken down for good or just being worked on?
