There are places that are beautifully decorated (the Thomas Center) but I'm wondering if there are any blocks/neighborhoods that you'd recommend for driving through?

I looked on the sub and found people saying she's from BC (Canada)but she doesn't sound like it to me. Maybe eastern European? Her speech often requires subtitles and when she said, "I feel like the boys are gonna 'deva-STATE' her today" I don't think it was a mic issue. The mics didn't sound different for her and micah. And later, instead of 'repeatedly', she said "repeatively"(?). I know she has over two decades in real estate experience in Boca so 🤷

I have a few nieces and nephews who are in their late teens and early twenties. We were close when they were young as I saw them often but now they're moving away and I'm not sure how to act. I want to support their independence but want them to know I care. I send happy birthday texts but that seems insufficient. I don't want anyone to feel obligated or suffocated. I never had an aunt or uncle who actually cared so I don't know what to do.
