#Rules for r/Arcanine

Rules that visitors must follow to participate. May be used as reasons to report or ban.

#1. Submissions must be related to Arcanine / Growlithe All submissions must feature content directly related to Arcanine and/or Growlithe, with the primary focus being on these Pokémon in their natural forms and typical portrayals. While other Pokémon or additional elements can be included, the main emphasis should remain on Arcanine and/or Growlithe in a manner that respects their original designs and characteristics. Submissions straying too far from this focus, including stylizations that significantly alter their inherent nature, may be removed.

#2. Be respectful We prioritize a respectful and welcoming environment. Harassment, insults, and inflammatory comments are not tolerated. Please engage courteously and treat all members with respect, regardless of differences in opinion or perspective. Violating this rule may lead to be banned from the subreddit.

#3. Source the art Always credit the original creator of any artwork you post. This includes providing the artist’s name and a link to their portfolio, social media, or the original post, whenever possible. If you're unsure of the source, conduct a reverse image search or ask the community for help in identifying the artist. If you cannot find the source, please make a note in your post that the artist is unknown, and do not claim the work as your own.

Failure to properly credit artwork may result in the removal of the post and could lead to further action, such as a temporary or permanent ban for repeat offenders.

#4. No NSFW, suggestive, or non-accurate art

All submissions must be suitable for an all-ages audience. This includes:

NSFW Content: No sexual, suggestive, or explicit artwork, including nudity or sexualized behavior.
Violence and Gore: No excessively violent or gory artwork, such as depictions of injury, blood, or extreme violence.
Non-Accurate Depictions: Art that significantly alters the intended nature or characteristics of a character or creature in a suggestive or inappropriate way (e.g., anthropomorphizing in ways that are inconsistent with the character's original design or intended nature).
Linking Restrictions: Do not post links to profiles or external sites that feature NSFW content.

Posts violating these guidelines will be removed. Repeat offenders may face a temporary or permanent ban, depending on the severity of the violation.

#5. No AI art This community is dedicated to celebrating the creativity of human artists. AI-generated or heavily AI-assisted artwork is not allowed. We encourage original artwork, fan art, and works created by human hands. Any AI-generated submissions will be removed to maintain this focus.
