FAQ

Q: Who is considered classic country for this sub?
A: Anybody before 1990. The reason for the is the 90's started a fundamental shift that is still affecting country music today.

If you do want to share some 90's country music, I suggest r/90sCountry.

Q: How about new songs from classic artists?
A: They may be posted, but will be loosely moderated.

Q: How about new country artists with a classic sound (Sturgill Simpson, Luke Bell, Cody Jinks, ect...)?
A: No. If you do want to talk about new classics, I suggest either r/NeoTraditionalCountry or r/UndergroundCountry.
