So I've been buying RCAs from the very beginning. My first mint was Series-137 #51. Currently I have 560+ avatars in the collection, including pretty expensive ones (2 Hands, for example). Overall I've spent more than 5 figures on avatars, I stopped accounting the expenses ~300 avatars ago, the last numbers I have in my spreadsheet are $1714 cash and 12.6939 ETH.

I didn't expect this moment to come so quickly, I've survived so many bad decisions by Reddit, but I guess releasing avatar program to everyone was the last straw. There was an interesting discussion today in the official subreddit, some guys shared the details of how they get direct links for buying avatars. They were pretty vague, but I managed to follow the idea to the end, and so I wanted to share the detailed steps on how to achieve that.

Our target is Four by GiftedOcean, it's not released yet.

First, we need to get the contract address. So far Reddit always deploys new NFT contracts using the same deployer - 0x36fb3886cf3fc4e44d8b99d9a8520425239618c2. The sub used to be very active with just a few hundred of us. So opening it up, invited the Conehead Army. I guess those Bucketheads and Poopheads are welcome too ;)

Just checking in to see how the OGs are doin? Any one left out there? I feel like I’m recognizing less and less names on the sub and discord. Feel like I’m seeing more and more people silently selling all their stuff and going back into that dark , long night ( the world without avatars)
