True Backrooms: You are alone.

r/TrueBackrooms

Backrooms: disquieting, empty, monotonous rooms that somehow feel familiar and nostalgic. Sort of like cursed images, but with a focus on rooms. This is a subreddit for discussion of the Backrooms and the feelings it evokes, rather than role-playing and building lore.

#Rules

Remember the human. Do not personally attack, harass, or troll groups/individuals. This includes other Backrooms communities.
Use appropriate flairs. Flairing your post, accurately, allows us to properly organize the subreddit.
Follow the Guidelines. Your submission must adhere to the TrueBackrooms Guidelines. Otherwise, it will be removed. This includes, but is not limited to: role-playing, use of expanded lore, and low-effort content. Please review the guidelines in full or contact the mods if you are confused about anything.

Remember, r/TrueBackrooms is all about sharing and discussing the anti-nostalgic feeling the Backrooms gives us. The fictional stuff is there as the "frosting on the cake." If you don't feel this is applicable to you, we suggest checking out r/TheBackrooms.
