Log Guide/Template

This question constantly comes up. So I'm posting this here so everyone can see:

You can time your doses to comply with any dosage you would like. ((Dose you have/Doseage you want)24)=How many hours between each dose. Ex: You have 250mg, and you want to be running 375mg/day: ((250/375)24)=16hrs - So you would take 1x250mg cap every 16 hours.

-Shitposting

-Excessive vulgarity

-Extremely poor use of the English language

There is a lot of false information out there when it comes to DNP. Please research through the literature before giving advice, or clarify whether it is personal opinion instead of an actual fact.
Questions or Concerns. Please message the moderators with any questions, concerns, or clarifications you may need.

Inability to follow rules will result in:

-First Time Offender (Warning)

-Second Time Offender (Ban at Moderators' Discretion)

Posting Policies

Posting Restrictions: Posting will be disabled until an account is at least 10 days old. This is to decrease the occurrences of shilling (See Rule#4), to give new users the time to go through the wiki and research before posting, and to increase the general quality of the posts.
Flairs: Please use the appropriate flair to describe what your post is pertaining to. If you do not see a flair that describes your post accurately, please message the mods for approval before doing so.
Low quality, and extremely off topic, posts will be deleted. Use common sense. The infamous, "How do I drink more water?", post will forever go down in history as the breaking point for experienced users' sanity who are here to help. Instead, it could have been worded a little differently (Title: Hydration Question, Body: I am finding it difficult to maintain adequate intake of water throughout the day. What are some tricks that you use to make this easier?).
Logs: Only completed logs will be allowed to be posted. Logs that are currently in progress will be removed. Your log should be clean, organized, straight forward, and include as much detail as possible. Here is good example of what a log should look like: Log. Your source may only be mentioned ONCE, and only when referring to the type of DNP that you ran for that cycle. This is a log. Not a review.
