###RULES

Safe space policy: We want r/lesbian to be a safe space where oppressive behaviour or language is not tolerated. This includes ableism, biphobia, classism, colourism, fatphobia, homophobia, misogyny, racism, religious discrimination, transphobia or xenophobia. Harassment of other users will not be tolerated. We want all users of r/lesbian to have a good time here. If another member of the subreddit makes you feel uncomfortable then please speak to a member of the mod team.
NO TERFS: This is a safe space for trans and non-binary lesbians and any content considered to be transphobic will be removed and the person posting will be banned. Take your "gender critical" nonsense somewhere else. Please see rule #1 for information about our safe space policy. P.S TERF is not a slur.
Be nice: Debate and discussion is welcome in this subreddit, but personal attacks and bullying are not okay. Please respond to people in good faith. Respect other all users. See rule #1. Also, please see rule#1
Slurs and bigotry: Use of slurs will result in a permanent ban. Please see rule #1 for further information about our safe space policies.
No porn or other spam posts: Posting links to porn sites isn’t allowed here. Any links will be removed and will result in the user getting a permanent ban. We're aware that this subreddit has a similar name to another subreddit that does allow porn but we are not connected. No Only Fans. This subreddit is Only Vans. This includes linking to personal social media accounts or blogs and Etsy or other online stores.
No asking for personal details: We understand that it can be nice when you make a connection online, but we ask that you don’t post any personal account details on this subreddit or ask any other users for theirs. This includes your Instagram handle, snapchat user name and other social media platforms. This rule is in place for your safety. Please be careful about the information you share here.
NSFW tags: Please use these where appropriate, failure to do so will result in your post being removed and a warning or 7 day ban depending on the content.
Use appropriate threads or tags: Please see side bar for a list of tags and use the appropriate ones for your posts. Any posts that don't do this may be removed.
Respect this as a queer space: r/lesbian encourages and celebrates FTW (Femmes, Trans, Women, Non-Binary, Two-Spirit people) in a this space. FTW includes trans men, trans women, cis women, agender, gender queer, and gender fluid folks!
