Läste äntligen klart Kallocain. Började läsa romanen i onsdag, och har försökt läsa runt 50 sidor varje dag. Läste inte riktigt så mycket per dag i början, men har läst mycket idag och igår. I början läste jag ur boken, men sen läste jag här https://litteraturbanken.se/f%C3%B6rfattare/BoyeK/titlar/Kallocain/sida/262/etext?fokus , vilket var mycket bättre, speciellt då jag kunde läsa mer bekvämt, använda mig av nightmode etc, men även använda ChatGpt för hjälp med meningar och förståelse, men även diskutera viktiga händelser.
Tyckte även det var långsammare och svårare att läas i början, då jag var mi
Since I'm finally rewatching JoJo I might as well give it a full post. Will be rating each individual part in here.
Phantom Blood 8.9/10:
Just finished the 1st part, Phantom Blood. It was incredible. It felt uncomfortable to watch at first, since I believed i'd have to endure Dio having his fun with Jonathan for multiple episodes. This lead to me starting JoJo's, but often stopping myself from getting through with watching it. This was a mistake by me. The 1st part is much more fast paced than I remembered it to be, and also a lot better. I remembered it to be exciting, but not to this level. The level's of hype it gave me were some you often only find in peak shounen such as DBZ and HxH.
Favourite JoJo's character so far. Atleast my favourite part 1 character, which is good since this part has Jonathan and Dio. His background, the way he talks about his fate, and the way he in the end embraces it is soo beautiful. Makes me very sad that we'll never see or hear of him again throughout the series. Especially since he's such a good character. But his character ending here makes it more dramatic.
