#Welcome to reddit's shit hole

Have you ever sorted a thread on a default subreddit by controversial? This is what this subreddit is for.

We don't pretend to be seeking the truth or aiming for insightful discussions. This subreddit is purely to contain flame wars and toxic comments so that the rest of reddit is better off.

If you see users arguing in an unhealthy manner elsewhere on reddit, please welcome them to continue their conversation here.

This subreddit welcomes all types of controversial discussion, be it about politics, social issues, music, order of operations, etc.

###Rules:

1. Reddit site-wide rules are enforced. The reddiquette is not.

2. Links to posts outside of /r/shithole and username mentions will be automatically removed.

3. Don't harass people outside of this subreddit, don't dox, don't brigade.

Detailed rules here

###Suggestions:

1. Sort every thread by controversial.

2. Downvote comments you disagree with.

3. Be vocal about your opinions. Sources are optional.

4. Ignore Poe's Law. Throwaway accounts are welcome.

Note: Please put some minimal effort in your threads. "kill all minorities & then kill urself" is not an epic thread title, it's just you being an unfunny twat. Pick a controversial topic and use some actual arguments — whether you believe them or not — to get people to respond to you and get a flamewar brewing that devolves into toxic shit throwing. Basically, if you want to act like an idiot, at least do it subtly.
