2015 TICKET UPDATE!

I decide to go to the Merced County Superior Court to ask for the file on my ticket. When speaking to the clerk I was told that I would have to pay a fine of about $710 for not having a license and failing to appear in court. As mention by the AMAZING people in comments, I asked if it could be Vacated or have it sent to Fresno County to be situated. When she heard me say move it Fresno County she asked why. As I told her that my ticket occurred in Fresno County and was shocked that it appeared in Merced. She asks her supervisor as she wasn't sure what to do then supervisor also didn't know what to do so she asked the judge. The judge just said to dismiss the case as it had been to long and I had shown that I was proactive about my ticket. I just want to thank everyone for the support! :D
