Not sure I'll ever remember this...but..I'm single and the car has way more room than I'll ever need.

You’re getting downvoted, but my first thought on seeing this was “oh yeah, I got to remember the frunk!”
I don’t think my wife and I have ever put anything in it in the year we’ve had the car.

I’d exercise caution in storing things in the frunk depending on where you live. My car doesn’t properly seal on the frunk in the winter months and water gets in. They have tried to fix it but water still gets in.

If you're still under warranty, take it to service. That is not normal. My back hatch was leaking; water was getting inside the crease in the rubber seal as well as pooling inside the cutouts for the feet of the hatch lid. Service identified and patched an area near the taillights that was causing the leak. It's now perfect. My frunk has never leaked or had any water ingress issues. It's likely that it can be fixed.
I will say, it took two service visits to get my hatch ingress issue taken care of. The first time, they were unable to recreate the problem so couldn't fix it. At the time, it was intermittent, so I understood. Then summer came and it didn't matter, but the rainy season came back and it was leaking every drive. Now it's solid.

How could water get in? From where? The hood seems like it would not let water through…

You would definitely think so. But I had a puddle of water in my frunk after a rainstorm driving.

I've had a bit of water gather in the frunk. Not sure it's from leaking or from when I've opened it and water dripped in. But either way you can put something underneath the bag to keep it out of the dripped water. Ive kept a check-in luggage sized bag in there and it's been fine.

Mine leaks from the touchless automatic car wash. ☹️

They can add some weights to the hood to tighten the seal. It’s not perfect. But the leak has improved for me
