With Vilardi’s return shrouded in uncertainty, it may be time to panic a little

I am absolutely the last guy to be a debbie downer about the teams I follow, but if we start the playoffs against EDM missing Anderson, Fiala, and Vilardi…I am fully expecting a 4-1 series with quick work by the Oilers.

Absolute worst time to have 3 of our TOP players injured. Even if Fiala does return in time, it clear we’re only getting about 50% of Fiala truly back

Eh, can't do anything about it. We have a deep team so all we can do is trust the guys who are healthy.

The biggest loss of those 3 is actually Mikey. Without him we don’t have two shutdown pairs to match up with the top teams.

Anyway, let’s just pray for these guys’ health and that they come back soon.

My least favourite part is I can't watch Fiala and Vilardi out there doing crazy stuff

No doubt. Don't get me wrong... all 3 of those guys are massive losses for us. But we have more depth up front. Guys like Kaliyev and Grundstrom can and will step up. Losing Mikey on our left side defense is just brutal though.

Yeah even a [redacted] injury is more replaceable. Not that we need another one of those lol

Relax…let them rest up and come out swinging on the 17th.

Have some faith, what a terrible fan you are.

That’s you

Injuries are a part of hockey, you cannot predict them or prevent them from happening in an on ice scenario. If you want to be all doom and gloom before the best fucking part of the year, go for it. I’m going to enjoy the hell out of it though.

It’s okay to be a little disappointed/worried that three of our top players are out right before the playoffs, doesn’t mean I stop enjoying hockey.

It’s funny how this post triggered you this much you though. Hope tomorrow is better for you champ

Lol shut up man, you’re the one who said you fully expect the kings to lose. Sorry you’re a terrible fan

Highly debatable...

Whoa, chill. We got two weeks until we drop the puck for playoffs, a lot can happen. Fiala is fine…Vilardi played a whole game before he sat out that road trip, so it’s not like we all witnessed him take some devastating hit and left the game early. Mikey…I dunno, that hit didn’t seem THAT bad so I’m hoping for the best there.

Time for Kaliyev to really step up and hope TMac deploys him properly

Honestly with no concrete injury information, best we can do is focus on the next few games and see if we can help the cause by clinching home ice and hope our guys recover by the 17th. Timing sucks but lets not jump the gun (yet).
